About Me

My photo
North Carolina Beers
This blog will be dedicated to North Carolina Beers and Breweries. Over the next year or two I plan on visiting every brewery in NC and writing a review on each of them. I will write about as many beers as I can and there may be some beer specific post as well. There also may be beers from areas other than NC such as breweries in VA that are close to where I live. I'm a home-brewer and have been since 1996. I am also a BJCP Recognized Beer Judge (Beer Judge Certification Program). You may or may not like my reviews or even agree with my reviews on certain beers. The wonderful thing about beer is there are so many styles and variations that one beer is not going to appeal to everyone and everyone is not going to like one beer. I use www.beeradvocate.com as Don_Quixote. Comments are encouraged but keep it clean and nice. Find us on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/pages/North-Carolina-Beers/259414070860611 you can also email me directly at ehwelding (at) gmail (dot) com. Yes, I'm a welder and machinist by trade and that is what finances my strange beer habit. Prost!!!
